Meter Users: Basic sewer charge- $8.00/1,000 gallons

 

Water and Sewer General Information


The utility billing is done monthly at the Village Hall. The sewer is based on water usage that goes through the water meter. Bills are mailed out on the 20th of every month and are due on the 10th of the following month. If you are late, a late fee will be added to your bill. Your bill must be paid on the 10th to avoid that late fee.

How to make a payment

  • Mail to   401 Wisconsin St, Avoca, WI 53506
  • Drop it off in our red drop box located outside the front door on the Village Hall building (401 Wisconsin St.) anytime, or drop it off at the office during business hours.
  • Sign up for direct pay. Fill out the form that is on the form page and bring to the Village Hall.
  • AllPaid you pay over the phone or online. 1-888-604-7888 or allpaid.com

Please call the office if you are having problems with your service. You may also receive a phone call from the Village Hall if our meter reading system indicates you may have a leak.
