Village of Avoca Campground
The Avoca Campground has 104 sites to accommodate campers. There are 42 sites for vacationers and another 62 sites for permanent campers. All sites are large and well spaced, which allows for campers that use tents all the way up to large RV's. Our campground is open every year from April 1st until November 30th.
Campers may pull in and self register at the red drop box next to the campground or come into the village office to take care of their camping fees; however, it is recommended that all vacationing campers call and make reservations for holiday weekends, to ensure you have your preferred campsite available.
Most of our sites have electric service or electric & water, however; we do have a few sites that cater to our rustic campers.
Each site does come with a campfire ring and a picnic table.
There are showers, flush toilets, and a dump station on site for your convenience.
You can keep your kids entertained by sending them to one of the play areas, the beach or to play ball in either the softball diamond or the volleyball area.
If you came to enjoy adult time, you can entertain yourself by fishing, kayaking/canoeing or boating (No wake lake) with access to the Avoca Lake at the boat ramp. There is great fishing from the bank or via boat.
