10/25/2025 - In action at the last meeting of the Avoca Village Board, unanimous permission was granted to the Avoca Police Department to make two purchases.  It was approved to purchase two new body cameras from BayCom, Inc. for the approximate amount of $7,000.00  The Board also approved the Police Department to enter into an agreement with Central Square Technologies for approximately $7,200.00 to acquire a new records management system and computer aided dispatch software and licenses.  Both purchases will enhance the safety and productivity of the Police Department.
